My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nice with a great view of the Niagara River. They were clean, spacious, and perfect for families. The front desk staff was very polite, and the highlight was the awesome patio where we could walk out and enjoy the breathtaking river view. Very cool!

The hotel is ideally situated between the Fashion Outlets and the Boulevard Mall/Target/Trader Joe's area. The rooms got a bit warm but were clean and comfy. The dining experience was hit or miss with complimentary options but inconsistent quality. The facilities overall were satisfactory, with room for improvement.
